Young Danish bakery achieves McDonalds approval
EasyFood, an only two years old Danish bakery and convenience food producer, has great success with their specialised types of bread primarily used in burger-chains.
Since summer, EasyFood supplies the French burger chain Quick with with more than 600 outlets in France and Belgium.
Now the company has received the seal of approval from McDonald’s, meaning they can deliver bread to every McDonald’s restaurant in the world. It starts with the so-called accompanying bread that McDonald’s Sweden serves together with a salad.
EasyFood has turned the initial loss into a small surplus, employs today 52 persons and expects a growth rate of 100 % per year over the next three years.
