Øresund Food Network is a centre of excellence that is made up of universities, private enterprises and research institutes within the food area. Øresund Food Network focuses on five different areas of
expertise:

• Quality and food safety
• Process technology
• Biotechnology
• Logistics, distribution and e-commerce
• Food and Health
  

The network identifies and realises joint research project within the
respective focus areas – a unique feature of the region.
