Probi's healthy bacteria go global
Probi has signed a distribution agreement giving Metagenics, Inc., a leading player in the In China, Probi’s partner, Institut Rosell-Lallemand, has signed an exclusive agreement for launch of their dietary supplements on the Chinese market with the leading domestic health food company Biostime Inc. Probi´s bacteria will be launched in China during this spring. Probi ha also found a partner in Canada, they have signed a distribution agreement with Ferring Pharmaceutical, a multinational pharmaceutical corporation in the gastrointestinal segment. This agreement gives the company exclusive rights to sell a dietary supplement on the Canadian market “We’re proud of the substantial international interest in Probi’s bacteria, which demonstrates that we have a competitive offering that extends into dietary supplements. The quality of our contract partners and increasing rate of contract signings reflects the need for effective products against gastrointestinal disorders.
